Any health enthusiast would have looked into vegetarian recipes at least once. I love my veggies but I have never really considered being a full vegetarian but that is about to change.
My focus this year is to build my immune system to be a better disease-fighting machine. I’m in my thirties now are these are the kinds of things I worry about.
I dream of being old but still very strong and healthy but I need to make certain lifestyle changes that will help me become my healthiest self.
Don’t get me wrong, there are tonnes of healthy non-vegetarian meals out there as well. I just prefer to cut back on meat for now.
I plan on making each of these recipes. One by one on my weekends for dinner.
