NUTS & SEEDS

I love nuts and seed so much, definitely my go-to choice mainly because they are not only good for you but they also don’t soil your hands.

The last thing I want to do is have food all over my keyboard and its a great snack option at the office, Very discreet to eat.

I started getting into nuts as part of y weight loss journey and for beautiful skin.

Nuts actually taste so good so I got the 24 Pack Daily Fresh Healthy Mix Antioxidant because it’s a mix of 6 types of nuts and 2 dried fruits and how low the calories are.

Antioxidants prevent free radicals from damaging healthy cells and may even prevent cancer.

Some roasted cashews are another healthy option but if you really want to lock your healthy eating down, try the barukas nuts known as the healthiest nut in the world.

1. DRIED FRUITS

Right after nuts are dried fruits. Dried fruits are delicious and perfect for those that crave sweet things.

I know I do whenever especially when I’m close to my time of the month.

When buying dried fruits, make sure you read the ingredients and nutritional value because some naughty brands add sugar to them for extra sweetness.

It totally defeats the purpose of the healthy tag.

I recommend these dried fruit mix if your diet is all about non-GMO, organic without added sugars.

Dates and figs are other options as well if you have a sweet tooth that can’t be tamed.

2. RICE CAKES AND CRACKERS

Crackers tend to be very low in calories so it makes it on this list.

I remember my mum introduced me to crackers as in-between-meal snacks and they were so delicious even though we’d have them plain.

Ricke cakes are quite similar to crackers in the sense of being cookie-like. The first time I had brown rice cakes was with some guacamole and smoked salmon on top.

These are really healthy snacks especially if you are on a low or zero sugar diet. Good options for diabetics
