I spend a lot of my time seated with little mobility at my desk. This was why I needed healthy snack ideas for work in the first place.
With such a situation, typing can get boring and just like watching movies, snacks make everything better.
I won’t deny I tend to indulge in bad snack choices sometimes but I am making new habit choices when it comes to my diet now.
Healthy eating is beneficial for everyone but I highly recommend sticking to it if you work at a desk all day and don’t move around much.
You don’t want to pack on unnecessary calories you won’t be able to easily burn.
Because of that, I have been able to have a collection of delicious healthy snack ideas for work.
NUTS & SEEDS
I love nuts and seed so much, definitely my go-to choice mainly because they are not only good for you but they also don’t soil your hands.
The last thing I want to do is have food all over my keyboard and its a great snack option at the office, Very discreet to eat.
I started getting into nuts as part of y weight loss journey and for beautiful skin.

Bars are great for me because I find them very filling.

Vegetable chips won’t float everybody’s boat, to be honest.

I am an avid tea drinker and this is one of my habits that is for sure here to say. Especially now that we are in the cooler months.
Tea makes me feel energized reduces my anxiety while trying to get work done.

7. APPLE SLICES WITH NUT BUTTER
My choice is crunchy sliced apples and almond butter so good and delicious. This is a very great snack idea for people on a ketogenic diet, diabetic or just on a clean eating plan.
Seriously so easy, just slice up some apples and dip them in your cashew nut butter or peanut butter.
